Rom Shechter, CEO
Graduated with a bachelor's degree in accounting and economics from Tel Aviv University and is certified as an accountant. In the past, he was a financial advisor at the consulting office COGNUM (Yitzhak Suari & Co.) and specialized in the analysis and evaluation of companies and real estate projects. Prior to his appointment as CEO of the group, he was VP of Business Development in the group and worked to promote projects and opportunities for the group's expansion.
Jeryes Haddad, Engineering and Execution
Chief of Engineering and Execution, a qualified civil engineer from the Technion. After graduating his studies he joined the Shechter Group and since then has been managing all of its engineering and execution activities. Jeryes designed and built dozens of projects, including thousands of residential units in Israel and abroad, and tens of thousands of square meters of residential, commercial, hotel and industrial construction.
Hila Shechter, Economist & Director of Finance
Has a BA and MA in Economics and an MA in Philosophy from Tel Aviv University. She served as a financial adviser in leading companies, as a senior analyst at the Research Department of Bank HaPoalim and as a Director in Oil Refineries Ltd. and in Industrial Building Ltd.
Omer Orenstein CPA, CFO
Studied accounting at the College of Management and graduated in 2008, was an intern and worked at the Wexler Kudenzik Enoch & Co. accounting firm. Served as the Director of Finance of Gan HaIr Group in 2011-2013. Currently serves as CFO of the Schechter Group in all its operations.
Anat Tagar, Manager Customer Relations & Advertising
Advertising and Customer Relations Manager, managed the Tel Aviv offices of Gan HaIr Group for 20 years and later managed the Marketing Department of the Mall. Today Anat manages the Group’s advertising and marketing and customer service activities.
