For about 25 years, from the year the complex was established until 2013, the Schechter Group managed and owned the mall, which is in the heart of the business and leisure center of Tel Aviv. The mall is adjacent to Rabin Square, the Tel Aviv Municipality, and on Ibn Gvirol – one of the busiest streets in Tel Aviv. The mall includes about 100 stores in a variety of fields.
