Born in 1928, Mr. Shechter is married, has three children, ten grandchildren, and lives in Kfar Shmaryahu.
Following his release from the Cyprus Internment Camps and the establishment of the State of Israel, young Mr. Shechter began working in construction as a building novice. Mr. Shechter made his way up to become one of Israel’s most praised and appreciated construction entrepreneurs. In the 1990s, the Israel Builders Association awarded him the honorary title Master Constructor.
Mr. Shechter is an active, enthusiastic, and awarded, golf player.
Born in 1957, Yoram is married, has three children, and lives in Tel Aviv.
A Captain in the Reserve Forces, Yoram served as an officer in the Armored Corps, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in economics from Tel Aviv University.
Joining the group’s executive management, in 1984, Yoram led Shechter Group’s development and entrepreneurship operations, and in 2009, was awarded Member of Honor by the Israel Builders Association.
Engaged in ample public activity, Yoram serves on several governing bodies, in national and public-sector organizations. Chairperson at Channel 10 – an Israeli commercial television channel; Israel Airports Authority – member of the Board of Directors, and Development Committee Chair; Ashut Ashkelon – a subsidiary of Israel Military Industries – member of the Board of Directors.

Director Engineering and Execution
Born In 1967, Jeries is married, has three children, and lives in Jerusalem.
He is a certified civil engineer from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology, since 1990.
Jeries joined the Shechter Group upon graduation, and since has been directing the group’s execution and engineering operations.
Building hotels, commercial, residential, and industry-sector buildings, Jeries led the execution of dozens of projects, spanning tens of thousands’ square meters in Israel and abroad.
Economist & Director of Finance
Born in 1960, Hila is married, has three children, and lives in Tel Aviv.
Hila earned a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in economics, with a specialty in finance, from Tel Aviv University. Additionally, Hila holds a Master of Philosophy, also from TAU.
Hila served as an economic advisor at Deloitte Israel and at Yunisian-Corman Financial Consultants; as a senior analyst at the research division, Bank Hapoalim; as well as a member of the Board of Directors at Bazan Group and Mivnei Taasia.
Born in 1981, Omer is a Staff Sergeant in the Armored Corps Reserve Forces. He is married and has one child.
Omer studied accounting at the College of Management and following his graduation, in 2008, joined the accounting firm Weksler Kodencchick Enoch & Co.
Between 2011-2013 Omer served as Gan Ha’ir Group’s CFO. Presently, he is CFO at the Shechter Group.
Born in 1973, Anat is married, has two children, and lives in Tel Aviv.
Anat managed Gan Ha’ir’s offices for two decades (1993-2013), and between the years 2011-2013 served as marketing manager of Gan Ha’ir’s commercial center.
Presently, Anat manages the group’s advertising and customer service operations, coordinates the Shechter Group’s housing company, and in charge of mortgages and insurance policies.
