In June 2015 the Shechter Group purchased the last attractive land reserves for residential purposes available in the popular and luxurious Yefe Nof street at the top of Mount Carmel in Haifa. The Shechter Group will build on the lot an exclusive apartment building the likes of which have never seen in Haifa. The building will include approx. 80 luxurious apartments, most of which will be fitted with a double-height living room. The lot, which is located near the Bahai Gardens, is at the top of Mount Carmel and has breathtaking views on both sides. The north facing apartments will get a view of the entire Haifa Bay, all the way to Rosh HaNikra, and the south facing ones will get the exciting view of the southern beaches of Haifa all the way to Atlit.
